Chris Harvey has over twenty years of experience in electromagnetic compatibility. He started his own consultancy in 2003, after working for almost 10 years for MET Laboratories in Baltimore, MD, Santa Clara, CA and Union City, CA, as EMC Lab Director.
Mr. Harvey has been highly active in the regulatory EMC community during his tenure, which started as a Test Engineer at the FCC Laboratory in Columbia, MD. He headed the MET Laboratories Telecommunication Certification Body (TCB) and international Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) programs. Mr. Harvey served for over 3 years on the Executive Committee of the TCB Council and is currently its Executive Director.
Mr. Harvey holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia Wesleyan College and is an active member of the IEEE EMC Society.
