Award Training Plus Program

TTi has developed the following Training Plus Program to reward those clients who choose TTi as their training source. The Program consists of four award schemes:

1. Open Training Plus
2. Extended Training Plus
3. Group Training Plus
4. On-site Training Plus

• The Open Training Plus program is aimed at organizations which send individual students to the various TTi “open” courses. The organization will earn Open Training Plus Points for each individual attending a TTi “open” course.
  • For each student attending an open course, TTi will award the organization with 1,000 Training Points per training day.

  • An organization can redeem 20,000 Training Plus Points for one free attendance at a 2-day or 3-day TTi “open” course or for a specialist certificate Thesis Review session.
  • To attend a 5-day TTi course, student may either redeem 30,000 points or redeem 20,000 points and pay a $400 supplement.
  • Points expire on December 31st, three years after the end of the year in which they are awarded. For example, points awarded any time in 2008 will expire if not used by December 31, 2011.
  • No points are awarded for free or discounted courses. Other restrictions may apply.

• The Extended Training Plus program is aimed at organizations which send individual students to two or more “open” courses per single training trip. If an individual attends two or more courses in a single session, TTi will reduce each course fee by $100.00. Note also the savings in travel expenses. Example
  
  
• The Group Training Plus program is aimed at organizations which send two or more students to the same “open” course. For each student attending the same course at the same time, TTi will reduce the course fee by $100.00 per student. Example
  
  
• The On-Site Training Plus program is aimed at the organization’s Training Department. It reduces the cost of additional on-site courses held at the same organization within one year. Following the first on-site course held at a specific organization, TTi will provide a 10% discount to the base fee for each additional on-site course held at the facility within one twelve months.

Please note that TTi does not provide awards when Open Training Points are utilized. TTi will only honor awards issued to specific locations and/or departments within client organizations when they are used by personnel within those same locations and/or departments. These awards must be utilized within their time constraints, where applicable. The awards are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any purpose other than that intended.

An organization sends four students to the “Fundamentals of Vibration” and “Instrumentation for Test and Measurement” courses during a consecutive series of “open” courses.

Tuition for each course is $1,795.00 per person. At individual pricing, the course fees to the organization would be eight times $1,795.00, or $14,360.00.

With TTi Training Plus awards, the total course fee savings would be:

1. Group Training Plus for eight students: Deduct 8 × $100 ea = $800.00
2. Extended Training Plus for four students attending two consecutive courses: Deduct 8 × $100 ea = $800.00
3. Open Training Plus Points earned for the above: 8 × 3,000 = 24,000 Points. (20,000 points may be redeemed for one free seat.)

By utilizing TTi’s services, this organization will have:

• Saved $1,600.00 on TTi course fees,
• Earned a free seat at a future TTi “open” course, and
• Saved on four airline tickets for the second course.
